Colin has worked across private firms, government, and internal corporate teams, giving him a well-rounded, practical perspective on how to protect a growing business. Notably, he previously served as Corporate Counsel for a rapidly growing U.S. pet care business, dealing directly with the unique legal protections these facilities need. Colin approaches the law from an operator’s perspective. He founded his own law firm specializing in corporate matters for regulated industries, and at VPC, he works closely with our business teams to ensure every legal step we take protects our partners, our staff, and the animals we look after. Colin completed his legal and post-graduate studies to build his holistic perspective on corporate law and M&A transactions. He is based in Denver and finds real purpose in helping small business owners successfully navigate transitions so they can confidently enjoy the next chapter of their lives.
